As the Project Manager, your key role will be to ensure that South Essex Homes’ Service Level Agreement with Castlepoint Borough Council is delivered effectively and in line with our client’s expectations.
This is a varied role and you will be expected to carry out a range of tasks including; management of Capital Works Improvement Programme, Responsive Repairs Contract, Revenue contracts, Cyclical Contracts as well as various other contracts from feasibility to final account. In addition, you will be responsible for line management of a small team of technical and non-technical staff employed by computer science engineer salary Borough Council and South Essex Property Services to deliver the repairs and maintenance service under this arrangement.
